Job Overview

GIGA Engineering Solutions is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Engineer to help expand our client network and promote our engineering services globally.

The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with strong communication and business skills, enabling them to identify new opportunities, engage with potential clients, and support the growth of our engineering projects.

You will play a key role in connecting clients with our engineering expertise in areas such as mechanical design, CAD modeling, reverse engineering, and product development.

Key Responsibilites

• Identify and approach potential clients for engineering and design services.
• Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other professional platforms.
• Introduce and promote GIGA Engineering Solutions' engineering capabilities to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and partners.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the engineering team to develop suitable solutions.
• Prepare and send project proposals, quotations, and service introductions.
• Follow up with leads and manage a structured sales pipeline.
• Support marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and market presence.

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills 
• Ability to communicate professionally in English.
• Good understanding of engineering services, mechanical design, or manufacturing processes.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Preffered Qualifications

• Familiarity with CAD design services, product development, or engineering consulting.
• Experience working with international clients or remote teams.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, prototyping, or 3D technologies.
